Linking persons to skills
You can link personnel/employees to skills.
Procedure
1. Go to > .
2. Select a skill that you want to link to the person(s).
3. On the action panel, click Link persons.
4. In the Link persons dialog box, select the relevant person(s).
5. Click OK.
The selected person(s) is/are linked to the skill.
 | If you select one or more skills and go to the Personnel level, you see all persons linked to one or more of the selected skills. |
