Issuing keys or keys sets to personnel or visitors
Key sets can be issued to personnel or visitors. Individual keys can only be issued to personnel.
 | It is not possible to issue a single key to a visitor. If you want to issue a single key to a visitor, you must create a key set with only one key. |
Procedure
1. From the Personnel selection level, select a person
Or
From the Visitors selection level, select a visitor.
2. Go to.
3. To issue individual keys to a person, select the Issued keys or Issued and returned keys selection step.
Or
To issue a key set to a person or visitor, select the Issued key sets or Issued and returned key sets selection step.
4. In the action panel, click Issue.
5. In the data panel, complete the relevant fields.

6. Click Save.
