Generating a personal calendar
You can create a personal calendar. The personal calendar is generated as a sub calendar under the default company calendar. When you generate a personal calendar, it inherits the settings of the company default calendar.
Procedure
1. Go to Personnel and select a person for whom you want to create a calendar.
2. On the action panel, click Generate personal calendar.

You can also assign a personal calendar to the selected person by selecting an existing calendar from the Calendar field.
Using the Action on selection you can generate multiple calendars for multiple persons at a time.
