The Skills step allows you to create skills that can be linked to a person. You can create skills according to the business domain and employee skill sets of your organization. For example, if you are a software organization, you can create your employee skill sets as required in your organization.

The skills created in this step can be linked to person(s) on the Personnel level. You can link one or more skills.
