Departments
You can add or retrieve people of a particular department in the Departments step. Depending on your settings, you can select one or more departments in this selection step. This enables you to retrieve information about all the people working there.
You can archive or retrieve the departments using Transfer to archive and Retrieve from archive options. If you archive a department, all the sub departments are also archived. If you retrieve a department from the archive, all the sub departments are also retrieved from the archive.

The ability to inherit the name and the code of a selected item can be activated or deactivated in the TSIs TSI.
