Archiving visitors
You can transfer visitors to a digital archive.
 | Once visitor data is archived, it becomes read-only, unless the Is read-only when archived? setting in Field definer specifies otherwise. |
The ability to transfer a visitor to the archive depends on your settings and authorizations. By default, only visitors with the system statuses Departed and Cancelled can be transferred to the archive.
 | On archiving a visitor, information regarding issued/returned key sets is removed. |
