Roles and responsibilities related to permits
With regard to permits, there are various roles, fulfilled by different people, each with their own responsibilities.
Health & safety officers are responsible for configuring the permit-related data and approving / rejecting requested permits before further processing.
Back-office staff are responsible for creating, planning, and assigning orders with applicable and approved permits.
Field engineers are responsible for checking and acknowledging the permits that are attached to their assigned jobs, as part of adhering to health & safety guidelines.
