Roles and responsibilities related to permits
With regard to permits, there are various roles, fulfilled by different people, each with their own responsibilities.
• Health & safety officers are responsible for configuring the permit-related data and approving / rejecting requested permits before further processing.
• Back-office staff are responsible for creating, planning, and assigning orders with applicable and approved permits.
• Field engineers are responsible for checking and acknowledging the permits that are attached to their assigned jobs, as part of adhering to health & safety guidelines.
