Grouping and sorting of the job list on the 'To Do' tab
The app's Overview page displays the work assignments that are assigned to you personally or as a team member. The 'jobs' are distributed over two tabs. Accepted work assignments are moved to the To do tab. The grouping and sorting criteria that are applied on the To do tab require some additional explanation.
On the To do tab, your work assignments are grouped / sorted as follows:
1. At the top of the list you see a group of jobs that have an 'in progress' (statuses Travel, Work, Wait and Pause).
Within this group, the assignments are sorted based on the following criteria:
◦ the date-time of the work assignment (nearest start date-time or requested completion date-time at the top),
| The type of date-time information that is displayed depends on your configuration. The displayed date-time can be an SLA related date-time of the related order, or the Planned start date-time of the work assignment. |
◦ whether it is a high priority assignment or not,
◦ order type (reactive assignments are ranked higher),
◦ whether the assignment is a personal or a team assignment,
◦ work assignment code.
In short: Work assignments that are high priority, reactive and personally assigned to a field engineer will get the highest ranking on the To do tab. Non-reactive team assignments with a normal priority will be ranked lower.
2. The next group includes all jobs that are Accepted, but not yet started.
Within this group the assignments are also sorted based on date-time, high priority, order type etc.
