Work assignments module in the PMFS solution
Introduction
With the PMFS solution , field technicians can quickly access the work assignments that are assigned to them, or to their team. The app's technology and features ensure that the back-office is updated about the progress, even when field staff is working at remote, offline locations.

License
System administrators can add the Work assignments module to the Planon app, which is the 'shell' application that can be downloaded from the relevant app store. Work assignments can be used alongside various other licensed Planon app modules.

Offline capabilities
Work assignments is designed to work as an 'offline' solution. Synchronization between your mobile device and the back-office takes place via virtual 'envelopes' and messages. Together, these technical carriers take care of all PMFS actions from your mobile device to the back-office. If you are offline, the synchronization messages are retained on your device until you are online again, and then sent to the back-office. If you are online, this happens real-time.
