Answering questionnaire for an assessment
In the Mobile Observations , you can answer questionnaire associated with an assessment. You can also add a new observation for the property, space, or asset by clicking the Add icon at the top right of the page.
 | If the Assessment definition includes a questionnaire, the questions are available within the assessment. |
Procedure
1. On the Assessment summary page, select the Questions block.
The Questionnaire page is displayed.
2. Fill in the questionnaire(s).
| | The questionnaire may include mandatory questions or questions that are mandatory on completion. These questions must be filled in before saving. |
3. Click Save.
The questionnaire is saved for the assessment.
