Deleting a survey observation score
In the Mobile Assessment Survey app , you can delete the score added to a survey observation.
Procedure
1. On the Observation details page, select the delete icon on the score you want to delete.
2. In the pop-up, tap Yes.
It is confirmed that the score is deleted successfully.
