Adding a score for a topic on the survey asset
In the Mobile Assessment Survey app , you can add a score for a topic directly on the survey asset.
Procedure
1. On the Survey asset - assessments page, select the Aggregated scores tab.
2. Tap the Add aggregated score button.
3. Select the Topic from the list displayed.

4. Select a date and time for the score in the Select date & time field.
5. Enter a score in the Score field.
6. Select the Topic level in the Topic level field.

 | You can either fill in the Score field or the Topic level field. If you fill Score field the Topic level field is automatically filled based on the score value. |
7. Add comments in the Comment field.
8. Select Add.
It is confirmed that the score is added successfully.
