Configuring a Delete action for communication logs
You can configure a Delete action on the app for Comments, Images and Documents. Enabling Delete actions will allow field engineers to delete any comments, images and/or documents they have added themselves on the device. To enable these actions, the respective Is visible setting must be set to Yes on the Work Assignments web definition.
Procedure
1. On the relevant sub web definition in the Work assignments web definition, navigate to the Communication log details page.
2. Select the Comments details block, Images details block and / or Documents details block respectively and - per item - make the following setting to enable the Delete action.
3. Select the relevant block and navigate to the Actions tab on the data panel.
4. Select the Delete […] action.
5. At Action properties, set the Is visible field to Yes and click Save.
The Delete action is now available on the app.

For a sub web definition that is based on a PPM order, Delete actions can also be configured on the Maintenance activity page > Activity communication logs - details page, for the Image details block and the Document details block.
