If a field engineer ends a work assignment on the app, overviews are provided for both engineer and customer. They allow the engineer the review the work and check that everything is completed as required. The customer can also review relevant details before signing (or refusing to sign). When everything is in order, the completed and signed work assignment can be submitted to the back-office.
