User-defined free fields
All user-defined Free fields that have been set to In use must have identical configurations in the corresponding business objects (BOs) of Maintenance planner and Activity Planner:

Some fields from Maintenance planner are not available in the Activity planner data model.
The following fields are not implemented in the new BOs (StandardActivityDefinition and ActivityDefinition):
• Inspectionregime
• Functionalityclass
• Worktype
• FreeMaintenance2
If these fields are not used, set their In use value to No on:
• StandardMaintenanceActivityDefinition
• MaintenanceActivityDefinition
If these fields are currently used, or historical values must be retained:
• Configure corresponding Free fields on:
◦ StandardActivityDefinition
◦ BaseActivityDefinition (including subtypes)
• Map each field according to the defined configuration table.

• Ensure that all In Use user-defined Free fields are configured identically across relevant BOs.
