User defined free fields
All In Use user-defined free fields must be configured identically across Maintenance planner and Activity planner business objects.

Some fields from the Maintenance planner are not available in the Activity planner data model.
The following fields are not implemented in the new BOs (StandardActivityDefinition and ActivityDefinition):
• Inspectionregime
• Functionalityclass
• Worktype
• FreeMaintenance2
If these fields are not used, set In use to No for these fields on:
• StandardMaintenanceActivityDefinition
• MaintenanceActivityDefinition
If these fields are currently used, or historical values must be retained:
• Configure corresponding Free Fields in:
◦ StandardActivityDefinition.
◦ BaseActivityDefinition (including subtypes).
• Map each field according to the defined configuration table.
