Checking migration failure
If the migration fails, identify the failing step, at Step execution in the Batches TSI.
Failure in step 1
Cause:
• Typically related to configuration issues.
Solution:
• Check the log messages.
• Correct the configuration errors.
• Restart the migration.
Failure in steps 2 to 5
Cause:
• Unexpected system error.
Solution:
• Raise a support ticket for further investigation.
