Editing the Disclosure overview report settings
1. Go to the Contracts selection level.
2. On the System reports tab, select the Disclosure overview report.
3. On the action panel, click Edit report settings.
The Report settings - Disclosure overview window opens.
The following options are available:
◦ Accounting standard: Select ASC842 or IFRS16. All contracts with a reference to the selected standard will be included in the report.
◦ Financial year: Select the required financial year. Data included in the report will be based on this financial year.
◦ Reporting based on: Specify whether you want to report based on a Monthly or Weekly accounting period.
 | Currently the report only supports Monthly lease accounting. |
◦ Start financial period / End financial period: Specify the start and end of the financial period you want to report on.
◦ Include qualitative disclosure: Specify whether or not you want to include qualitative disclosures in your report.
◦ # years for the maturity analysis report: This setting is read-only set to five years fixed for calculating and including in the maturity analysis part of the report. The report setting for financial year is the first period in the report's Maturity analysis section.
