Financial reporting entity | Financial reporting entity entered on the contract line, at the moment the actual periodic reporting data is created. |
Operating company | By reference, the operating company to which is attached the financial reporting entity entered on the contract line, at the moment the actual periodic reporting data is created. |
Currency | Currency entered on the contract line. When a contract line is set with multi-currency, one actual periodic reporting data is created for contract currency and a second one for reporting currency. |
Accounting period | Reference to the accounting period of the actual periodic reporting data. |

Start date of original period | The start date of the original accounting period when the details is a consequence of a retroactive modification. |
End date of original period | The end date of the original accounting period when the details is a consequence of a retroactive modification. |
Retroactive? | Yes when the detail comes from a retroactive modification, No otherwise when it's booked during the period the modification is effective. |
Posting category | The posting category of the postings from which the actual periodic reporting detail has been created (Provisional of Final). |

Posting type | The posting type of the posting from which the actual periodic reporting detail is derived. |
Financial event registration | Reference to the financial event registration linked to the posting from which the actual periodic reporting detail is derived. |
Type of movement | The Type of movement for the actual periodic reporting detail: • MOVEMENT: Movement, for an actual periodic reporting detail arising from a modification that is entered during the accounting period for which it is effective (Field Retroactive? set to No.) • ONB: Onboarding, for an actual periodic reporting detail arising from the onboarding of an existing lease with carrying values that are not booked from Planon Lease accounting solution but are nevertheless presented as the values 'at start' of their respective reporting category • REBOOKING: Rebooking, for an actual periodic reporting detail arising from a retroactive modification (Field Retroactive? set to Yes.) and that represent the rebooking of the new amounts • REVERSAL: Reversal, for an actual periodic reporting detail arising from a retroactive modification (Field Retroactive? set to Yes.) and that represent the reversal of the previously booked amounts |
