Code

Enter a code for the ledger account.

Description

Enter a description for the ledger account.

Start date

Enter a start date for the ledger account.

End date

Enter an end date for the ledger account.

Fixed ledger account

Specify the fixed account code (defined by Planon) to link it to the custom specific code. By doing so, the custom specific code will also be registered in the posting. For an overview of the fixed account codes defined by Planon, see Overview of fixed ledger account codes.

Financial reporting entity

Specify the financial reporting entity to which the ledger code is linked. Note that this ledger code is also used in generated postings.

You can only define one code per financial reporting entity at one moment in time.
