Lease schedule overview report
As a Lease accounting solution user, you can generate the Lease schedule overviewto get a comprehensive overview on the changes to Liability and Right of Use during the duration of a contract. You can generate this report for a contract and all its contract lines that are Active.
Generating the Lease schedule overview report
Procedure
1. In the Contracts TSI, go to Contracts.
2. On the action panel, click Report.
The Reporting window opens.
3. Click the System reports tab.
4. Select the Lease schedule overview report.
5. Edit the report settings, if required.
These settings are similar to the settings in
Contract portfolio overview report. For more information, see
Generating the Contract portfolio overview report.
Additionally, there is also the option to not insert the financial period. If left empty, it will show the entire contractual period.
6. Click OK.
7. Select relevant output options. You can Preview & print or Save as your report.
Lease schedule overview report - an overview
The Lease schedule overview report contains the following sections and information.
• The first section shows a summary of the IFRS16 contract lines selected for this report and general data such as the date effective, end date and options.
• Total overview: This section shows an overview of the balance sheet and profit & loss positions for both lessee and lessor.
• Financial event Totals: This section represents a summary of all the financial events that occurred during the contractual period and the impact in the liability delta and RoU delta.
• Movement table: For the selected contract and their contract lines, the movement table shows the balance positions and profit & loss flows for all the accounting period part of the requested time frame of the report. The periodic delta of liability and RoU is detailed by financial event when they occur during an accounting period.
