Audit trail
An audit trail is a chronological record that allows users to trace accounting data back to its source. It supports verification and tracking of financial transactions.
Organizations use audit trails to confirm the accuracy and validity of accounting entries.
For audit purposes, the system logs history for Contracts, Contract lines, and Contract options. It records this information even if these items are not yet active.
Navigation actions allow users to move between related TSI steps to review the full financial history during an audit.
