When you copy items using the Copy to action, you can decide where the new copies should be linked by selecting the appropriate parent records in the pop-up. You can pick one or multiple parents, and the system will create copies for every combination of selected items and selected parents. For example, if you copy one visitor and select two reservations, the system creates two new records and each reservation gets its own linked visitor.
