Tasks for the contract manager
If you, as contract manager, want to configure Dynamic order allocation for teams and on-call teams, the following tasks are relevant for you.
Create a customer contract and add the applicable Service agreement(s).

Add the appropriate Terms for time to the service agreement, to define the SLAs with the customer.

Add an allocation group that covers the most common, generic team allocations within the associated customer contract(s). See Adding an allocation group.
Add allocation agreements to the contract. See: Adding a general allocation agreement and Adding a specific allocation agreement.

When you copy a contract or contract line, you can choose to copy the linked allocation agreement and its linked data along with the contract / contract line, by selecting the applicable options in the Copying dialog. Copies of teams-related or 'on-call teams'-related allocation agreements will also include the links with trades and service agreement services of these teams.
