Team
In general, a Team in Planon ProCenter is a group of engineers / technicians that is responsible for the execution and technical completion of an order.

In Allocation agreements, only work orders are in scope for a service team, since this solution is all about the contractual obligations for reactive work and SLAs with the customer.
The service teams have a regular working schedule, typically based on the working hours defined by the linked calendar. Please note that without a calendar, the stand-by team can never be found.

The structure of the Teams business object is important for Allocation agreements as the solution only uses specific system business objects from the base Teams business object, while it specifically rules out the preconfigured Maintenance teams from Accelerator. The following image shows the business object structure in Field definer , with the green boxes denoting the relevant business objects for Allocation agreements. The red box signifies that the user-defined Maintenance team business object should not be used in this solution:

a relevant On-call team must be defined for working schedules outside the regular office hours.
