General allocation agreement
Most customer contracts will be generic by nature and only require one regular service team and one or more on-call team(s). By specifying a General allocation agreement on a contract line, you can quickly and efficiently make settings for the generic team services. The general or default allocation agreement applies to the contract line as a whole. The structure of general allocation agreements is very similar to that of the General terms on a service agreement.
Characteristics of general allocation agreement:
• A general allocation agreement can be linked to only one contract line and a contract line can be linked to only one general allocation agreement.
• There is a link with one default service team and one or more on-call teams via the selected Allocation group.
• There is a link with one set of 'Time to' thresholds.
| If no 'Time to' criteria are specified on the Terms for time, the thresholds will be 0. |
• One 'Time to' threshold type (TTR, TTA, TTF or TTC) is marked as the primary 'Time to' criterion.
