General allocation agreement
Most customer contracts will be generic by nature and only require one regular service team and one or more on-call team(s). By specifying a General allocation agreement on a contract line, you can quickly and efficiently make settings for the generic team services. The general or default allocation agreement applies to the contract line as a whole. The structure of general allocation agreements is very similar to that of the General terms on a service agreement.
Characteristics of general allocation agreement:
A general allocation agreement can be linked to only one contract line and a contract line can be linked to only one general allocation agreement.
There is a link with one default service team and one or more on-call teams via the selected Allocation group.
There is a link with one set of 'Time to' thresholds.
*
If no 'Time to' criteria are specified on the Terms for time, the thresholds will be 0.
One 'Time to' threshold type (TTR, TTA, TTF or TTC) is marked as the primary 'Time to' criterion.
