Allocation groups provide an easy and efficient way of setting a default allocation agreement that can apply to multiple customers. The efficiency is derived from the fact that most service provider's contracts are generic and have one specific regular team and one or more on-call team(s). In the Allocation groups TSI, you can define one or more allocation groups for all generic cases. An allocation group can subsequently be selected on multiple Default allocation agreements. It will save you the trouble of having to define the same team allocation data for multiple customers / multiple customer contract lines.
