You can define the document types that are applicable to your organization's workflows in the Documents TSI, on the Document types selection step. Document types are used in communications logs and subsequently also in the messaging between front end (for example Planon apps) and the back-office.

Example: To align with internal company workflows, Planon app users can be requested to select a Document type first, before uploading the actual document file.
