Contracts
A contract is an agreement between two parties for the deliverance of goods or services. It includes:
• General terms that apply to the entire contract.
• Agreements on the items or services to be delivered such as the property, rentable unit, space or asset, to which it applies.
• Price agreements for each item or service, which may change over time.
A contract can also include related subcontracts within its structure.

Contracts move through several statuses. The possible status transitions available to a contract depend on the current contract status.
