Contracts
A contract is an agreement between two parties for the deliverance of goods or services. It includes:
General terms that apply to the entire contract.
Agreements on the items or services to be delivered such as the property, rentable unit, space or asset, to which it applies.
Price agreements for each item or service, which may change over time.
A contract can also include related subcontracts within its structure.
For details on creating a contract, see Adding contracts.
Contracts move through several statuses. The possible status transitions available to a contract depend on the current contract status.
