Contract groups
Contract groups categorize contracts, for example into service, purchase, or lease contracts. They can also be divided into subgroups. Because contract groups are not linked to specific properties, the same grouping structure applies across all properties.
Example
A contract group can be split into Hard service contracts and Soft service contracts.
• Soft service contracts may include subgroups like Cleaning and Catering.
• Hard service contracts may include subgroups like Elevator and Heating.
