Adjusting the view of the contracts list
You can adjust the view of the contracts list to locate relevant information more quickly. At the Contracts level, you can use the toggle buttons at the top of the elements list to modify the view in several ways. These toggle buttons — also referred to as step actions — are available to all users by default. If needed, you can hide specific toggle buttons for users for whom they are not relevant. For more information, see Step actions.
The Show list Button displaying an unranked list / Show tree Button displaying a hierarchical list toggle button allows you to switch between the tree view and the list view of the elements list at the Contracts level. In list view, you can sort the elements list in ascending or descending order by selecting a column header. In the example below, the list is sorted by name in descending order:

The Show related contracts Button displaying two related items toggle button displays all contracts related to the selected main contract or subcontract. When filters are applied, related subcontracts or main contracts may not be shown. To view the full contract ‘family’ regardless of the current selection, click the Show related contracts toggle button. When the button is active, all contracts belonging to the selected contract’s family appear in the elements list in a lighter shade, even if they fall outside your current selection.
