The environments that are in hibernation can be activated by accessing the provided URL. The instance will take a short while before it comes online. Only Production environments can have an SLA.
RPO of two hours
As a licensed feature for Premium Cloud only, it is possible to have a recovery point objective of 2 hours. An RPO of 2 hours is only possible for a disaster situation. A disaster is any uplanned interruption of Planon's operations (technical down-time not caused by human interaction).
This means that when a disaster occurs, Planon ensures that a maximum of 2 hours of data is lost.
