Enclosed polylines

The following describes how the enclosed polylines affect the surrounding area and what impact they have on the FM and construction drawing during .orj conversion.

Value	Impact on the surrounding area	ORJ conversion drawing (FM / Construction drawing)
Space	Area is subtracted from the surrounding area.	Saved in FM drawing, as space polyline
‘Rent to’ unit	Area is subtracted from the surrounding area.	Saved in Construction drawing
‘Rent from’ unit	Area is subtracted from the surrounding area.	Saved in Construction drawing
Hole	The effect on the surrounding area depends on the Threshold for enclosed hole polyline area. (Supporting Data > Area measurement standards).
	If the area of enclosed hole polyline area >= threshold value: The area of enclosed space polyline is subtracted from the area of the surrounding polyline.	The enclosed polyline is converted into the FM drawing (CAD Integrator).
	If the area of enclosed hole polyline area < threshold value: The area of enclosed space polyline is not subtracted from the area of the surrounding polyline.	The enclosed polyline is converted into the Construction drawing (CAD Integrator).
	If the threshold value is '0': All enclosed space polylines areas are subtracted from the area of the surrounding polyline.	The enclosed polyline is converted as hole into the FM drawing (CAD Integrator).
Construction	The effect on the surrounding area depends on the Threshold for enclosed construction polyline area (Supporting Data > Area measurement standards).
	If the area of the enclosed construction polyine >= threshold value: The area of enclosed space polyline is subtracted from the area of the surrounding polyline.	The enclosed polyline is converted as hole into the FM drawing (CAD Integrator).
	If the area of enclosed construction polyline < threshold value: The area of enclosed space polyline is not subtracted from the area of the surrounding polyline.	The enclosed polyline is converted into the Construction drawing (CAD Integrator).
	If the threshold value is '0': All enclosed space polylines areas are subtracted from the area of the surrounding polyline.	The enclosed polyline is converted as hole into the FM CAD Integrator drawing.
