Threshold new ‘Rent from’ unit

Specify a value. If the difference between the net or gross area of the database and drawing is above this threshold value, then a new ‘Rent from’ unit linked to a floor instance is created on the effective date of the import. Otherwise, the existing ‘Rent from’ unit linked to a floor is updated.

New ‘Rent from’ unit life cycle after change

Select Yes to create a new ‘Rent from’ unit life cycle on the effective date of import, only if the life cycle aware fields change during import.

Select No to update the existing ‘Rent from’ unit life cycle.

End ‘Rent from’ unit – linked floors

Select Yes to end the ‘Rent to' / 'Rent from' unit — linked floors whose ‘Rent from’ unit is no longer present in the drawing on the effective date of import.
