Instead of adding a new budget category, you could copy an existing budget category. Copying budget categories can be useful if for example there are many similarities between budget categories and budgets for various properties.

All relevant data and any budgets that belong to the budget category concerned can be copied together with it. If the current budget category is linked to one or more budgets, Planon ProCenter will ask you if you want to copy the budgets that belong to this budget category. If the current budget category is linked to one or more properties, Planon ProCenter will ask you if these properties should also be linked to the copied budget category.
