Fund transfer
Transferring an amount from one fund to another.
For example: if two funds are maintained by the same funder, then the surplus amount in one fund can be transferred to the other fund.

For fund transfer, both source fund and destination fund should be in the Active status. Transfer to the same fund is not allowed.
Any changes on fund modifications can be registered as fund modification history.
 | If a fund change/transfer is moved from the Initial status to another status, it is no longer possible to remove the fund change/transfer. |
