Use the following to troubleshoot login problems.

Solution
Receive a warning during the initial start password reset
If you get a warning that the password cannot be reset, you are either using a different email address than the one given for the registration or the link has already expired. In this case, reset the URL in your browser by entering the URL that was sent to you and click Forgot password.
Receive a Token expired error during the initial start password reset
If the link to the password reset already expired, you see a Token expired message. In this case, reset the URL in your browser by entering the URL that was sent to you and click Forgot password.
