Linking an observation to multiple assessments
You can link an observation to one or more assessments to indicate that the issue is still relevant. This allows you to reuse existing observations across assessments and update them with new information, such as photos or scores.
Procedure
1. Go to the > selection step.
2. Select the observation you want to link to an assessment.
3. On the action panel, click Link assessments.
The Link assessments pop-up appears.
4. Select one or more assessments to which you want to link the observation.
5. Click OK.
 | The observation is always linked to its original assessment, and this link cannot be removed. You can remove additional linked assessments from the Linked assessments field. For more information, see Observation fields. |
The observation is linked to the selected assessments.
