Deleting (cleaning up) tasks
You can delete only those tasks that are either in the Notified or Executed status and are more than one month old by setting the scheduler settings.
• You can delete a task manually.
• You can also activate a system task that will delete all the tasks that are in the Executed or Notified status.
• The system task to clear the tasks is scheduled to run daily.
