Checks on measurement point activation
If an inactive measurement point is activated (via the Status transition button), the following checks related to limits are performed:
1. Check on volume licenses
There are three types of AWM volume licenses, all include a value for the maximum number of activated measurement points of a certain type:
• E00825S Connect for Workspace licenses (Workspaces and Desk reservation units)
• E00826S Connect for room sensors (Spaces and Room reservation units)
• E00824S Connect for area sensors (Floors, zones, properties)
2. Check on Planon IoT connector
• There is a maximum of 2000 active measurement points per Planon IoT connector. This check is not applicable for Custom-managed and Planon-managed connectors. There's no limit to the number of connectors you can use.
3. Check on total active measurement points
• There is a maximum of 20000 active measurement points in total for all connector types.
