Time occupancy
Time occupancy represents the percentage of time a location is occupied by one or more people. This value gives insight into how frequently your locations are used during office hours.
For example, if a desk was in use for 400 minutes out of 600 minutes of office time today, the occupancy rate would be 66.6%.
Time occupancy calculation
• Time occupancy is calculated by measuring the number minutes in an hour that a location was occupied, actively or passively.
• Divided by the number of minutes of valid readings
Example
Time occupancy | | | |
---|
Minutes of actively, passively occupancy or in status Idle / Minutes of valid readings | 34 / 60 | *100 | = | 56,67% |
