Viewing costs and labor hour graphs
You can view cost and labor hour graphs related to the selected activities in the planboard. The graphs update dynamically and always reflect the data for the period currently visible in the planboard timeline.
Procedure
1. In Activity planner , go to the Activity definitions selection level.
2. Click the Activity planboard icon (
).
).The planboard opens, displaying all activities planned for the corresponding activity definitions.
3. Click the planboard settings icon (
).
).The available graph options are displayed.
4. Select the required graph options you want to show in the graphical planboard.
The graphs of the selected options are displayed at the bottom of the planboard.

Cost display configuration in the planboard
In addition to selecting graph types, you can control how costs are displayed in the planboard and related graphs. Two settings determine how cost information is shown:
◦ VAT setting
▪ Display costs including VAT
▪ Display costs excluding VAT
◦ Cost type setting
▪ Display normal (non-indexed) costs
▪ Display indexed costs
By combining these settings, you can view:
◦ Total costs including VAT
◦ Total costs excluding VAT
◦ Indexed costs including VAT
◦ Indexed costs excluding VAT
The planboard and the associated graphs reflect the selected configuration. Tool tips also display cost values according to the active VAT and cost type settings.
| | Indexed costs are not calculated automatically. If indexed costs are selected, verify that the indexed values have been calculated and maintained manually to guarantee accurate graphical representation. |
