Viewing costs and labor hour graphs
You can view cost and labor hour graphs related to the selected activities in the planboard. The graphs update dynamically to display data for the currently visible period on the planboard.
Procedure
1. In Activity Planner, go to the Activity definitions selection level.
2. Click the Activity planboard icon (
).
).The planboard opens, displaying all activities planned for the corresponding activity definitions.
3. Click the planboard settings icon (
).
).You will see the graph chart options as shown in this image.
4. Click the required graph options to show in the graphical planboard.
You will see the graphs of the selected options at the bottom of the planboard. Also the graphical planboard shows the expected costs including or excluding VAT / tax based on general setting Cost excl. VAT.
