Moving planned activities
You can move planned activities either by dragging and dropping them on the planboard or by using the Move planned activities option on the action panel.
If multiple planned activities are selected, moving one activity to a specific date moves the other selected activities accordingly.
Conditions for moving planned activities
A planned activity can be moved only if all of the following conditions are met:
• No maintenance order has been generated for the activity.
• The activity is not derived from a planning detail with a fixed completion schedule.
• The activity is in a planned state.
• The activity is not archived.
Authorization
Moving planned activities is controlled by user permissions.
• Only users with the appropriate permissions can move planned activities.
• Planned activities with read-only access cannot be selected.
• If read-only planned activities are included in a selection, they are automatically excluded from the operation.
