Linking standard service plans to contract lines
In TSI you can link standard service plans to contract lines to indicate which service plans apply to a contract line. This ensures that the correct maintenance or service activities are covered under each contract line.
Only standard service plans that with the Activity service plan? option set to Yes can be selected for linking.
| • If a contract line is deleted, its links to standard service plans are automatically removed. • You can filter contracts or standard service plans based on these links to quickly find related records. |
Procedure
1. Go to TSI > Contract details.
2. Select the contract line to which you want to link a standard service plan.
3. On the Links action panel, click Linked standard service plans.
The Link standard service plan dialog box appears.
4. Select the required standard service plans from Available and click the arrow buttons to move to In use.
5. Click OK to close the dialog box.
The standard service plans listed in the In use section are now linked to the contract line. Once linked, the standard service plan specifies the activities covered by the selected contract line.
