Linking activity definitions to a plan
You can link one or more activity definitions to a plan.
Procedure
1. Go to the Activity planner TSI > Activity definitions selection level.
2. Select the activity definition to which you want to link a plan.
3. On the action panel, click Link plan to activity definitions.
The Link plan to activity definitions dialog box appears.
 | This link action is also available for Action on selection. Note that Action on selection is not available for the regular Link plan action. It is up to you which link action(s) you want to configure on your Activity definition layouts. |
4. Select the required plan from the list and click OK.
You can also link multiple activity definitions to a plan:
◦ Select the activity definitions to which you want to link a plan and click Action on selection.

Good to know:
◦ There must be at least one plan with a status other than Closed available to link multiple activity definitions to the plan.
◦ When you select multiple activity definitions, the option Link plan to activity definitions you can only select one plan for the selected activity definitions. If a plan is already linked to the activity definitions, that plan is not available in the list.
