Copying standard checklist items to other standard activity definitions

The Copy to action allows you to copy one or more selected standard checklist items to standard activity definitions.

Procedure

1. Go to Standard details > Standard checklist items.

2. Select the standard checklist item(s) that you want to copy to another standard activity definition.

3. On the action panel, click Copy to.

The Standard activity definition dialog box appears.

4. In the list, select the standard activity definition(s) to which you want to copy the standard checklist items and click OK.

You can also use the Action on selection action to copy multiple records at a time to other standard activity definitions.
