About this Help
In general, the Planon WebHelp is intended for Planon users (see also Conventions).
When using the WebHelp, it is good to keep in mind that the (English) WebHelp:
• Is an aid in understanding Planon functionality.
• Outlines and describes Planon concepts and explains how these are applied.
• Provides instructions on how to configure a feature or accomplish a task in the Planon application.
• Provides descriptions to explain the purpose of fields.
• Is updated and generated with each Planon Live release.
What is the WebHelp not?
• The WebHelp is not a training manual. Rather, it is a reference that describes a feature and helps to understand how it can or is recommended to be used.
For information about training/elearning, see the Training website (Dutch).
• Since the Planon application is highly configurable, the WebHelp cannot describe how a feature should be implemented for a specific customer solution.

If you are looking for a solution and cannot find it in the Webhelp, or if you are encountering issues with your application, you can contact Planon Support. If you go to planonsoftware.com and log in to the customer portal, you will be able to submit a problem/question/request or talk to a Support consultant.
